A family is asking ChatGPT who to call for their mother tonight. Nobody is bidding on that answer. Right now your house is not in it.
It is a private conversation. No auction, no ad slot, no directory paying to sit at the top. A daughter types the question at eleven at night, the machine gives back a name, and she calls it. I mapped 70 of Houston's wealthiest neighborhoods and graded every one of those answers myself. Almost all of them belong to nobody.
of the senior care answers I graded had no owner. Not a competitor. Nobody. A directory, a dead listing, or a rotating list of strangers.
Why this is a small business opportunity, not a big one
The big box wins the billboard, the magazine, the paid ad, because the big box has the budget. This is not that. A private conversation with AI has no budget attached to it. It answers with whatever it actually knows.
Which means a caregiver working out of her own car and a twelve bed house on a quiet street can be the answer for Piney Point, and the corporation with the marketing department can be the one that is not there. That is not a loophole. That is just what happens when a machine is asked a question and only one person in that ZIP code ever bothered to make itself known.
This does not touch your residents, your charts, or your license.
I am not putting AI anywhere near your care. No robot answering your phone. Frightened women calling about their mother should get you, not a machine, and I will say that out loud all day. This touches exactly one thing: whether your house has a name when a family asks.
Who this is for
- Private caregivers. One person, no license needed for companion work, competing against agencies with a marketing budget. AI does not care about your budget.
- Small and boutique homes, sixteen beds or fewer. The house that gives better care than the big box and has never been able to say so anywhere a family would see it.
- Small home health and hospice offices that get their referrals from three people and want a fourth source that works while they sleep.
One business per neighborhood per category. When a neighborhood is claimed, I do not sell it twice.
What I actually do for you
- I write your business the way AI reads a business, not the way a brochure reads. What you do, where, for whom, what makes you different, in language a machine can repeat back to a family.
- I straighten out the places AI already looks for you: your Google profile, your listings, your website if you have one. If you do not have one, I build the page it needs.
- I build the neighborhood answers themselves, so when someone asks about your area by name, there is something real for AI to find that has your name on it.
- I test it in front of you, before and after, dated, in the same AI a family would use.
$1,800
Listed at $3,500 on this site. The $1,800 is the window for small businesses, the first fifty, and here is exactly why the number is lower.
At $1,800 you let me show your business as a working example when I sit down with the next owner, and you give me honest feedback I am allowed to publish about how fast and how accurate this was. You get the position. I get the proof. That is the whole trade, and it is the only reason the price is what it is. Your price is never tied to leaving me a review.
What I will not promise: a ranking, a move in, or a number of calls. Nobody honest can promise that and I will not start. What I promise is the work, and dated before and after proof in the same AI a family would use. This is a visibility build. It is not placement, and there is no referral fee attached to it.
See the map before you decide
I did not send you a sales page and ask you to trust me. The whole graded map is public: every neighborhood, every category, open or weak or taken, with the method printed so you can check me.
