On a real business, with real money attached. Three ways in, and I will tell you exactly what each one pays before you read another word.
I build AI systems that get senior living operators found when families ask AI where to place their parents. It is my own company. Everything on this site is a live system I built, not a mockup.
I am not looking for someone to schedule posts. I am looking for people who want to learn how to point AI at a real business problem and make it produce, then get paid when it does.
Commission
You run the content machine. One raw video becomes a week of assets across every platform, with AI carrying the volume and you carrying the judgment about what is honest and what is bait.
You get paid a bounty for every qualified conversation you put on my calendar that shows up, plus a percentage of every deal that closes from content you made. No cap. No salary.
You will learn:
Commission only · 20% of collected
Packages are $1,800 and $3,500. Twenty percent of what the customer actually pays, going to twenty-five percent after five closes in a quarter. That is $360 on an $1,800 package and $700 on a $3,500 package. There is no ceiling.
You will learn:
The honest part. Commission only. Month one is usually one or two closes while you learn the offer. If you cannot get through two thin months, this is the wrong seat, and I would rather you know that now than in November.
Six weeks · Unpaid
Read this part first, because it is the part that is usually a lie. This is unpaid. There is no commission attached and no bonus at the end. It exists because some people want the education before they want the income.
Six weeks. You learn the whole machine: research, content, distribution, capture, and closing. You keep everything you build and the numbers it produced. You set your own hours around your classes. There is no quota, because you are here to learn, not to produce for me.
You finish when you run one full cycle by yourself and it produces one booked call. Not a grade. When that happens, you get offered a paid commission seat before it goes public.
One rule, and everything else is tooling:
AI drafts. You verify against a real source. Nothing goes public without my yes.
Anyone can generate a paragraph. The thing that makes you hard to replace is being the person who catches AI when it is confidently wrong. That habit is the whole education here, and it is why the first exercise on your first day is to check a claim and be wrong once.
You do not need a marketing degree. You do not need to know anything about senior care. I will teach you that part.
I read every one of these myself.
