This policy explains what Powered by Erika (Erika Crossley, Houston, Texas — “we,” “us”) collects when you use this site, why, and the choices you have. If you have any question, email admin@seniorliving.expert or text (346) 546-5654.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a form or use one of our AI tools, we collect what you enter — typically your name, email, phone number, city, and a description of your business or goals. You choose what to share; the AI tools need a business description and a valid email to send you your result.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use cookies and analytics and advertising tools — including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel — that collect standard technical data such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and how you arrived. This helps us understand traffic and measure and improve our marketing.

How we use it

We use your information to: respond to you and follow up about what you asked for; generate and email the AI result you requested; provide, operate, and improve our services; and — where permitted — send you relevant updates and marketing and show or measure ads. We do not sell your personal information for money. We do share some technical and advertising data — such as through the Meta Pixel — with advertising partners for ad targeting and measurement; under some state privacy laws (including California’s), that kind of sharing can count as a “sale” or “share” even with no cash changing hands. Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed — for example Google (Sheets and Workspace) to store leads, Resend to send email, Stripe to process any payment, and Meta and analytics providers for advertising and measurement. Each processes data under its own terms. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights.

The AI tools

Our blueprint and kit tools send what you type to our AI provider to generate your result. Any income, revenue, or growth figures those tools show are illustrative estimates for planning only — not a forecast, projection, or guarantee of any outcome. Do not enter sensitive personal information (such as health, financial account, or government-ID numbers) into the tools.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in the email or by replying. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and — depending on where you live (for example California) — you may have additional rights over your data, including the right to opt out of the advertising-data sharing described above. To opt out of that sharing, or to make any other privacy request, email admin@seniorliving.expertwith the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information,” and we will honor it. You can also control cookies and ad tracking through your browser settings; if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, treat that as the same opt-out request.

Text messages

If you text or call the number on this site, you are contacting us — we do not add you to an automated texting list from a web form. If we ever run a text program you opt into, you can stop it any time by replying STOP.

Retention, security, and children

We keep your information for as long as needed to serve you and for legitimate business and legal purposes, then delete or de-identify it. We take reasonable measures to protect it, though no method of transmission is perfectly secure. This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy; the “last updated” date above shows when. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
